Here, you’ll leverage your strong on-prem foundation (Windows servers, Hyper-V, networks) while stepping into a range of projects that will stretch and develop you. You’ll work alongside a dedicated cloud engineer and be supported to upskill further in Azure services, Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, and more.

You’ll have the chance to work on impactful initiatives such as

Supporting a new data center build, provisioning physical and virtual servers.

Upgrading firewalls and improving Wi-Fi design and network performance across core sites.

Simplifying routing and enhancing connectivity between data centers and the head office.

What you’ll need:

Proven experience managing on-premises infrastructure (Windows servers, Hyper-V, networking, and firewalls).

Some hands-on exposure to Azure or other cloud services and a strong desire to build deeper skills.

Broad technical troubleshooting abilities and comfort working across different layers of tech.

A proactive, growth-focused mindset and strong communication skills.

Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus but not required if you bring the right foundation and hunger to learn.
