Rawson St Kids Bexley is a boutique 29-place early learning center that prides itself on delivering exceptional school readiness programs, embracing Aboriginal education, celebrating diverse and multicultural communities, and fostering a deep connection to sustainability and environmental consciousness in our young learners. We are actively involved in the Munch & Move initiative and engage closely with our local community to provide rich, meaningful learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom.

We are currently seeking a diploma-qualified room leader who is passionate about early childhood education and ready to join a close-knit, supportive team dedicated to making a real difference in children’s lives.

What we’re looking for:

A Diploma-qualified educator with leadership experience or readiness to lead

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)

A commitment to the safety, well-being, and development of young children

A reflective practitioner who values teamwork, innovation, and meaningful engagement

Someone who thrives in a small team environment and builds strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
