My products outprice and outperform every major brand, but the real edge? My 10 years of hands-on shop experience means I provide partners with unmatched technical training and support. You'll work side-by-side with the founder to:

Dominate the market for premium paint protection film (PPF) & window tinting across Victoria and eventually across the whole of Australia and New Zealand.

Develop high-value relationships with car detailing shops, tint specialists, luxury dealerships (new/used), and collision repair centers.

Earn uncapped rewards—your income scales directly with sales performance (no limits).

Must-Have Requirements

Australian Citizen/PR (mandatory for compliance).

Fluency in English and deep understanding of Aussie business culture.

Valid Australian Driver's Licence

ABN (Subcontractor Role)—This is a performance-based partnership.

No 9-to-5 mindset—some days end early; others push harder (but we respect your time).

National Police Check (within last 6 months) and three professional references required before starting

Bonus Points (Not Essential, But Huge Plus)

Proven sales experience (especially in automotive, aftermarket parts, or B2B services).

Car enthusiast—you know PPF, tinting, or modding culture.

Existing network in detailing, dealerships, or smash repairs.

Your Role & Responsibilities

1. Market Development – Hunt down and onboard new clients with the founder.

2. Field Sales – Face-to-face pitches (you'll travel with the founder to close deals).

3. Strategy & Feedback – Help refine our pricing, promotions, and product offerings.

4. Brand Advocacy – Rep Defcon Films as the go-to for premium protection.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday – 9:30 AM start at Mitcham HQ, then hit the road.

Flexible finish—Most days wrap by 5:30 PM, but high performers control their time.

1-Month Sales Bootcamp—Paid training to master our product, pitch, and closing tactics.
