We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. As a 4-star hotel chain with a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to manage our sports and entertainment accounts, as well as travel management companies in the Sydney territory.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships within the sports and entertainment sectors. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts and prospecting new business opportunities, ensuring our hotel remains the preferred choice for events and travel management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with sports and entertainment accounts, as well as travel management companies.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts to secure bookings and partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in relationship management, account management, and sales prospecting, preferably within the hospitality, sports, or entertainment industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
