CRC Public Relations is a respected boutique corporate PR agency founded in 2010, with clients across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific.

We’ve recently launched My PR Partner—an innovative online program offering public relations support, resources, and training—and we’re looking for a marketing and growth strategist to drive this exciting new initiative forward.

This is your opportunity to be part of something from the beginning and help us grow a brand that supports businesses, non-profits, schools, and industry associations to:

• Raise their public profile

• Build trust and attract new customers

• Protect and manage their reputation

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and executing smart marketing and growth strategies tailored to our niche audiences

• Overseeing digital and online marketing, including website, email sequencing and social media

• Leading direct sales and marketing campaigns, including client engagement and follow-up

• Building third-party relationships and affiliate programs to drive growth

• Contributing to brand strategy and messaging across platforms

You’ll be supported by a collaborative, experienced team, but we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated and confident working independently.

This role offers flexibility. Two days each week from our Brisbane CBD office, and for the remainder, you choose from our office or work from home.

What we’re looking for:

• A relevant marketing or related degree

• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing/growth role

• Strong digital marketing and content creation skills

• Understanding of public relations is a bonus, but not essential

• A proactive mindset and passion for growing something meaningful

What we offer:

• A flexible, positive work environment

• Full-time role, but we’re open to a 4-day week for the right candidate (pro rata salary)

• $80–90K base salary (depending on experience) + superannuation (reviewed after 6 months)
