In the role of Agribusiness Manager, you will join the R&A team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Identify new farming and post-gate Agribusiness and referral opportunities & establish, develop, and utilise networks of internal and external contacts

Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio

Coach and support the team to ensure efficient, high-quality customer service

Develop and manage a portfolio of key Corporate Agribusiness Banking customers and Referral partners

Assess economic value and risk potential of new business

Implement initiatives to develop customer growth in the local market

Implement complex strategies, analyzing annual cash flows and financial statements for relationship growth.

Personally, sanction lending within own Delegated Lending authorities

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

An established network within the broker industry.

Robust negotiating skills.

Drive and tenacity.

Experience in all aspects for financial analysis

Passion for relationship management.

Demonstrated experience working in a similar agribusiness banker role is preferred.

Experience and knowledge of agribusiness banking and/or credit assessment.
