Office Manager – PA, Location: City Centre, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. My client is a long-term investment company focusing on commercial real estate and related securities. They are looking for a strong PA/Office Manager with poise and professionalism, to work in their lovely modern office environment based in Green Point. You will be well groomed and very well spoken.

Matric or NSC is essential. You will be PA to 3 seniors and there are 5 people in total in the office. Working hours Mon to Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm. It is quiet friendly environment with a strong emphasis on productivity and attention to detail in that you are dealing with the client’s assets.

No more than 15 years’ working experience, or you will be too senior/experienced for the role. It is preferable that you live close to Green Point. Salary bracket, R20000 -R25000 per month. Only SA Citizens to apply.

Responsibility: Coordinate and organize office activities. Oversee stock of office supplies. Greet visitors at office. Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail. Maintain office systems, including data management and filing. Arrange local and international travel and accommodation. Assist in administrative support on projects, reports, or tasks as per request. Manage the company’s administrative tasks. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repair. Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handle when appropriate. Manage mail and courier services. Take minutes during meetings where appropriate. Arrange signatures of documents from clients/partners. Assisting with general office admin.

Experience / Skills: Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication skills and administration skills. Strong ability to multitask. Friendly and upbeat demeanour. Salary: R25000.
