The Role

You will create a world-class customer experience that drive store performance by executing and elevating the visual brief, and coaching our store team on best practices. vm principals

Deliver the monthly visual directive and support the execution of vm event set-ups and new store openings

Collaborate and partner across key business functions to problem-solve issues and improve experiences for the team and our customer

Train and coach store teams to deliver store presentation within the M framework.  

Assess store needs and use your judgement to make locally-relevant decisions that maximise sales
