Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and managing a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? Chemist Discount Centre Northbridge is seeking a dedicated and experienced retail manager to lead our team in Northbridge!

Located in the heart of Northbridge, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and personalized care.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning

Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service

Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to meet customer demand

Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets

Foster a positive work environment and provide coaching and support to team members

Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies

Requirements:

Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare industry (preferred but not required, as there will be an extensive training for the expert in this area)

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and sales analysis

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Familiarity with pharmacy regulations and standards (preferred but not required)
