About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead firewall migration and out-of-band (OOB) network implementation projects. This Melbourne-based role is part of a 12-month engagement and will play a key role in delivering infrastructure upgrades that support Transurban's network security strategy. The successful candidate will work across business and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery with minimal disruption.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of firewall migration and OOB implementation projects
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
Engage stakeholders across business and technology domains
Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, and budgets
Ensure compliance with security standards and delivery best practices
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in firewall migrations and OOB implementations
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Familiarity with network security technologies such as Palo Alto, Cisco, or Fortinet
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
