What You Will Be Doing
The role assists clinicians and other hospital staff to meet their goals in the delivery of patient care by supporting and delivering PC, network, and telephony infrastructure, applications, and related technology (end-user services) within a healthcare setting. This includes the installation, maintenance, and testing of computer systems and peripherals; asset inventory management; and preparation, delivery, and installation of new computers and peripherals, all within established standards and guidelines. Activities require interaction with application software, operating systems, hardware, and peripherals to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems. This position works closely with the Service Desk team, IT Operations team, and other End User Support staff to enable timely resolution of support requests.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office product suite (including 365) and desktop applications software
Experience with device fleet management technologies—SCCM, MDM
Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, including imaging, setup and maintenance
Experience working in an ITIL-based service delivery environment
