Location: Unit 804 - 318 Homer Street, Vancouver, BC

Salary: 43.50 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per week

Full-time

Starts as soon as possible

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

Direct the operations of an organization or department that provides services

Provide expertise in response to clients' needs.

Plan and control budget and expenditures

Plan and direct research

Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies

Provide customer service
