Experienced Domestic and Airbnb Team Leader Cleaner

We’re on the hunt for a motivated, detail-driven cleaner to lead both domestic and short-stay Airbnb turnovers. If you thrive working independently and enjoy guiding a small team, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and execute high-quality cleans in private homes and Airbnb properties

Change linens, restock supplies, and handle light laundry

Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of cleaners when needed

Identify and report maintenance issues or guest feedback promptly

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ professional cleaning experience, including Airbnb turnovers

Proven leadership skills with a positive, can-do attitude

Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Current Police Check and Working With Children Check

Exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management skills

Flexible casual hours: 9 am–3 pm weekdays (minimum 20 hrs across 4 days)
