Award winning innovative Sydney based Architectural practice urgently require an Architect/Project Leader for their residential projects.

Work alongside a friendly experienced team on exciting projects that challenge and inspire with opportunities for continuous professional development.

Appropriate tertiary qualifications necessary.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential projects.

Prior experience in delegating tasks and managing deadlines.

Prepare Development Applications, Construction Certificates and Complying Development Certificates as well as developing detailed construction documentation.

Ability to create detailed working drawings and specifications.

Excellent communication skills necessary to enable liaison with clients and contractors.

Must be up to date with relevant Building Codes of Australia and safe design principles.

Advanced Archicad skills mandatory.

This is a permanent position commencing immediately.
