Sukha Skin and Wellness is not your typical clinic. We are a boutique, elevated studio grounded in corneotherapy, luxury experience, and deep emotional care. With a strong reputation for results, ritual, and soul-centered connection, we support women to reconnect with themselves and fall in love with their skin.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional, values-aligned senior skin therapist to step into a permanent part-time role with a clear pathway to full-time and leadership. You’ll be supported by our studio manager, Sophie (13 years’ experience), and backed by founder Isobella, who is currently on maternity leave but actively managing operations remotely.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious therapist who is passionate about leading from within the treatment room, delivering exceptional results, and helping shape the future of Sukha Skin and Wellness.

You will be supported to step into leadership—mentoring junior team members, refining systems, and contributing to the studio’s growth during an exciting phase of expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivering expert, personalised skin treatments with a strong focus on skin needling, peels, and barrier repair

Creating tailored treatment journeys using Dermaviduals and advanced modalities

Supporting studio operations and client experience, including treatment flow and stock communication

Collaborating with our leadership team to contribute ideas, improvements, and innovations

Mentoring and educating new or junior team members with confidence and warmth

Driving your own growth and staying up-to-date with the latest in Corneotherapy, dermal science, and ritual-based care

Contributing to business development with a focus on exceptional service, rebooking, and long-term results

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A confident, experienced therapist with 3+ years hands-on experience in advanced skin therapy

Familiarity with Dermaviduals, skin needling, peels, and ideally Buccal facial massage

An existing client base in North Brisbane is highly advantageous

Organised, self-led, and aligned with Sukha’s values of integrity, care, and results

AVAILABILITY

We are open Tuesday to Saturday

Evening availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays until 7pm required
