As they grow, they are now seeking a finance manager to join their high-performing Brisbane-based team.

The Role

The Finance Manager will oversee a small, dynamic team responsible for supporting day-to-day finance operations across a range of entities. Reporting to senior leadership, this role blends financial oversight with stakeholder engagement, playing a key role in maintaining financial integrity while continuously looking for ways to improve systems and processes. Your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:

Oversee financial reporting, payroll, and compliance across multiple businesses to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Collaborate with leaders across varied business units, providing financial insights and support to influence key decisions.

Lead a small, capable team while driving their development and ensuring consistent, high-quality output.

Play a hands-on role in onboarding new businesses and rolling out improved systems and processes.

Uphold strong internal controls and ensure all financial and regulatory requirements are consistently met.

Skills and Experience

Experience in a finance leadership or senior accounting role.

CA/CPA qualification preferred, or progress toward completion.

Background working across multiple entities or business units.

Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.

Comfortable leading a small team and improving processes.

Proficiency in modern accounting systems and Excel.
