Matters arising under the Corporations Act

Commercial and corporate contract litigation

Joint venture disputes

Intellectual property litigation

Trust and fiduciary disputes

Who we’re looking for:

Lawyers with 2–4 years of PAE in commercial litigation

Background in a specialist, top-tier, or mid-tier firm

Team players eager to learn and grow in a supportive, collaborative environment

Strong academics are beneficial, but real-world experience is highly valued
