We’re a Sunshine Coast-based consultancy delivering smart, elegant structural solutions across Queensland. Our projects span education, commercial, retail, industrial, multi-story, and high-end residential builds, and we’re known for clear documentation, responsive coordination, and a genuine understanding of how things go together on-site.

We’re looking for a contract structural engineer with at least 8 years’ experience to join us on an hourly-rate basis. The role is remote, flexible, and entirely behind the scenes—no client meetings, no builder calls, or Friday deadlines. Just solid, well-thought-out engineering.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting internal design and documentation across a variety of projects.

Applying Australian Standards with clarity and confidence.

Creating clean markups for drafting, refining structural concepts and schemes, and shaping buildable solutions.

Collaborating directly with our principal engineer—no middlemen, no meetings.

What You Bring

Minimum 8 years’ experience in Australian structural design.

RPEQ registration.

Strong grasp of construction methodologies and material behavior (steel, concrete, timber, masonry).

Reliable, responsive, and detail-focused.

Comfortable working independently and meeting agreed deadlines.

Clear communication and a practical mindset.
