Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Finance Business Partner will be a commercial leader within the organization, providing support to operations across Australia. The successful individual will provide analytics, strategic insights, and business partnering to senior executives and have the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

Description

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple sites, providing high-impact commercial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance reporting. You'll play a central role in reviewing job costing, interpreting P&L performance, and delivering recommendations that lift efficiency and profitability.

The successful candidate will provide financial insights and strategic support within the business services sector. This permanent position focuses on partnering with key stakeholders to drive performance and deliver value.

Profile

A successful senior finance business partner should have/be:

CA or CPA Qualification and relevant tertiary degree

Outstanding communication and presentation skills required

Great attention to detail

Strong excel, Power BI, Power Query skills highly regarded

Experience within a service-based and/or contractor environment highly regarded

Problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently
