Vans café in Cottesloe is a busy local café/restaurant

We are on the hunt for an experienced restaurant manager who demonstrates excellent leadership and customer service and taking care of our guests.

Overseeing daily operations, managing staff through hiring, training, scheduling and performance reviews

Handing inventory and ordering along side our supervisors

Ensuring quality of service that our guests are being taken care of

Managing finances, budgets and able to achieve targets set in place by the director

Have the qualities of a positive leader

Maintaining compliance with safety for everyone and hygiene regulations

Resolving customer complaints or hard situations as best suits the business

Contributing to marketing efforts to drive sales and customer satisfaction

Vans café operates 7 days a week from 6.30am to 9pm closed on public holiday evenings, xmas and boxing day
