Electrical Manager– Solar & Substation

Region: Riyadh (Tabarjal)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced "Electrical Manager"

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee Electrical Engineering, Installation, and Commissioning activities for Solar & Substation projects. Plan and allocate resources, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Review and implement LOTO, PTW, and HSE procedures at site.

Lead coordination with Design, QA/QC, HSE, and Project Execution teams. Supervise testing of transformers, switchgear, protection relays, and SCADA systems.

Ensure technical compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and GCC standards.

Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and project progress reports.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred). Minimum 10+ years of experience, including 5 years in GCC

Proven background in Solar Power and HV/MV Substation projects

Expertise in Protection Systems, SCADA, and Grid Integration

Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills

LOTO / HSE Certification preferred
