The Relocation Specialist is part of a team that delivers outstanding customer service to Grace’s corporate clients. The role includes coordinating domestic and international removals that include a variety of services incorporating relationship development with Grace’s largest clients.

In addition to the coordination of removal assignments the Relocation Specialist maintains day to day responsibility for their clients including database management, proposals and invoicing. Client customer service is central to the role and the successful candidate will have strong communication skills and experience resolving issues.

What you must have to apply for this role:

Removals experience (preferred)

A commitment and passion to deliver outstanding customer service

A proven ability to create, maintain and develop client relationships

Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Strong communication and customer service skills

A track record managing multiple deadlines, responding promptly and accurately to customer emails and phone enquiries

Ability to work in a team environment

Excellent organisation and administration skills

Computer literate in Word and Excel
