We are one of Melbourne's leading bathware retailers with showrooms located in Richmond and Keilor Park.

We offer an extensive range of bathroom and kitchen products, sourced from a diverse range of brands and heavily focused on supporting Australian Manufacturing. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for 2 experienced Showroom Sales Consultants to join our team at our Keilor Park location.

We are looking for someone who possesses the following:

A minimum 3 years sales experience, with industry specific experience preferential

Highly motivated with strong sales skills.

A sound understanding of bathroom and kitchen product with an in depth knowledge of the bathroom/renovation industry.

You must be client focused, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with brilliant organizational skills.

A keen eye for design and strong attention to detail and holds medium/high proficiency computer skills.

Outstanding team player, however have the ability to work autonomously.

THE ROLE

Showroom Sales (both in store, phone and email), styling and presentation.

Assist client with room layouts, product selection and prepare quotation/presentation accordingly.

Placing of all purchase orders with suppliers and working with our warehouse team to ensure a smooth experience through to delivery.

Meet and exceed sales targets / KPI's.

Manage after sales and warranty issues and coordinate rectification with relevant supplier.

Visual merchandising of the showroom, including liaising with suppliers to work on new product and displays in store.

Skills and Experience

Experience in a showroom sales role/or similar.

Experience selling bathroom/kitchen product is preferred

Ability to successfully multitask while working independently is crucial.

Excellent presentation skills.

Ability to provide in depth and detailed product information.

Self-motivated and has a desire to achieve results.

Interior Design background would be highly advantageous.
