We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join a dedicated team in the financial services industry. This permanent position in Camberwell will see you contributing to the smooth operations of the accounting and finance department.

Description

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy and timeliness.

Prepare and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly.

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.

Monthly rent invoicing and recovery of outgoings.

Supporting annual statements of outgoings and audit preparation.

Responding to finance and property related queries.

Profile

A successful Accounts Officer should have:

2-4 years’ experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or AP/AR.

Exposure to property or real estate accounting preferred.

Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems highly regarded.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
