The focus of this role is on managing and undertaking the pre-delivery, servicing and troubleshooting role within ArbSupplies. The role will include;

Receiving and managing incoming inventory for ArbSupplies

Undertaking pre-delivery checks of all machinery

Undertaking servicing and trouble shooting of the Husqvarna, Kress and Segway

Liaising with customers to manage a high level of customer service

Providing customer service in a retail environment and assisting with dispatching of orders.

We are looking for someone who possess the following skills

Experience with small engines or handheld battery products desirable

Good communication and focused on outcome base solutions

Is physically fit and able to undertake the requirements of the role
