About the role
As the Associate Nurse Manager to Candidate Care, you will play a key role in:
Providing personalized support to nursing and midwifery candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensuring a smooth, positive and professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Coordinating communication, documentation and follow-up to streamline processes and remove barriers.
Working closely with the Recruitment, Nursing, Midwifery and Workforce teams to meet workforce needs.
Contributing to innovative recruitment strategies and engaging talent for our service.
This role offers a blend of clinical insight, people skills and strategic workforce involvement - ideal for nurses wanting to broaden their career beyond traditional clinical settings.
