Based at Camp Jungai, VIC
Casual
25.17 per hour + 25% Casual Loading
As a Housekeeper. you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our camp facilities, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of OEG while working in some of Australia's most remarkable landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness for accommodation, bathrooms, and communal areas.
Comply with site cleanliness standards and all statutory camp regulations, including Workplace Health and Safety (WHS/OHandS Acts).
Collaborate with colleagues on site to manage dynamic housekeeping and maintenance needs.
Support new processes and structures to enhance service delivery.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and information flow.
Deliver excellent customer service and adapt to individual client requirements.
Work flexibly, including school hours - no weekends!
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
A passion for outdoor education and supporting young Australians.
Relevant housekeeping experience.
Understanding of OHandS practices.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Hold a valid Working with Children Check (state-based).
Availability for a flexible roster.
