The Role: Operations Business Manager

We are looking for an Operations Business Manager who wants to join a growing junior team and drive change within stores.

What is the purpose of this role?

The Operations Business Manager will drive sales and profit through strategic management of operations, whilst developing and inspiring the growth of our people. This individual will work alongside our team to develop leadership within out people to assist in achieving our Business Goals.

People

QSC and Sales Building

Business Results and action planning

Workplace Safety

Day-to-day running of stores

Your background: Essential skills:

Ability to work and inspire junior/diverse team

McDonald's experience at a senior RM/supervisor level

Work alongside licensee to build rapport and support business decisions

A clear and confident communicator - both written and oral

Great at building strong interpersonal relationships with co-workers, stakeholders and third parties

Ability to understand the impacts of their decisions on other parts of the business

Self-motivated and proactive, takes the initiative to pre-empt problems

Able to determine root causes of any potential issues and implement actions to address/solve

Able to have challenging conversations with confidence

Organised, methodical and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple complex matters at once

Ethical and responsible, understands and adheres to McDonalds Standards of Business Conduct

Minimum 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience required

Australian work rights required at time of application
