Dental Assistant and Front Desk Duties (NO EXPERIENCE Required)

Successful applicants will demonstrate resilience, grit and ability to learn fast (about 2-4 weeks to get rolling). From our experience, staff with zero experience can become leaders in the field with us, if they have dedication and drive.

Balnarring Dental Centre is a boutique dental practice located on the Mornington Peninsula. We provide our patients with an extensive range of dental services, from basic check-ups, to braces, to more involved treatments like dental implants, full smile reconstructions, botox, and makeovers. About the Dental Assistant Role:

NO previous training required

Training on the job while being paid

Sterilisation of equipment

Assisting doctors with dental treatment

Be involved in changing clients' lives

About the Receptionist Role:

Be the face of the business and the client's main point of contact

Run the appointment book

Organise your work area to your heart's content

Multitask like a pro and impress all the doctors

Greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments

Build relationships with patients and help grow the client base

Provide sterilization of equipment and chair-side assistance when required
