We’re seeking a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef) who can step in immediately and deliver consistency, flavour, and speed.
What You’ll Do
Run your section with confidence
Cook Mediterranean dishes to high standards
Maintain flavour, presentation and portion accuracy
Support senior chefs in service
Keep a clean, organised workstation
Assist with junior team development
What We’re Looking For
CDP or Demi Chef experience in Mediterranean/Greek/high-volume kitchens
Solid skills in grilling, roasting and general cookery
Passion for fresh produce and bold flavours
Calm, reliable and fast under pressure
Available for immediate start
Valid Australian work rights
