Position Overview
We're seeking a professional and highly organized Saudi national (male or female) HR Officer to support the company’s HR operations in line with MHRSD requirements.
As a Korean company operating in Saudi Arabia, the ability to communicate effectively in English—both spoken and written—is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Documentation and Records Management
Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR documentation.
Track contract renewal dates, job titles, and employee data.
Manage vacation records and ensure accurate updates.
Prepare HR reports and maintain structured records for internal use.
2. HR Programs and Compliance Support
Coordinate annual Self-Evaluation submissions through authorized HR platforms.
Support planning and monitoring of employee Training Programs.
Manage job postings and candidate screening through Jadarat for Saudi national hiring.
Ensure all HR processes are carried out in alignment with required procedures.
3. Onboarding and Offboarding
Conduct onboarding procedures for new employees, including document collection and orientation support.
Assist with offboarding procedures and preparation of exit-related documentation.
4. HR Systems Coordination
(GR Team handles QIWA/GOSI/Mudad directly; HR provides supporting documents when needed.)
Collaborate with the GR/Admin team on required employee information.
Provide HR data for payroll preparation and WPS submissions.
5. Employee Support
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, leave, and general HR matters.
Support communication between employees and management.
Maintain professional and confidential HR communication.
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Saudi National (mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of HR experience (experience in KSA preferred).
Strong verbal and written English communication skills (essential for a Korean multinational environment).
Solid understanding of HR procedures and documentation standards.
Ability to manage multiple HR trackers (contracts, vacations, training).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work professionally and independently in a multicultural environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience using Jadarat or similar HR platforms.
Familiarity with HRDF / Hadaf programs.
Experience in multinational companies is an advantage.
Basic understanding of QIWA or GOSI processes is a plus.
