We’re looking for a motivated, friendly and confident person to join our team as a Trainee New and Used Vehicle Sales Consultant. If you love people, enjoy learning, and want a career with real earning potential and growth, this could be the perfect opportunity.

You’ll be fully trained and supported as you learn to:

What you’ll be learning and doing:

Welcome and assist customers on the yard and in the showroom

Learn how to present and demonstrate vehicles professionally

Assist with test drives and follow up customer enquiries

Keep vehicles and display areas clean and well-presented

Build strong relationships with customers and deliver great experiences

Work towards individual and team sales targets with hands-on coaching

What we’re looking for:

A positive, confident and friendly personality

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Customer service or retail experience (helpful but not essential)

A reliable work ethic and strong time management

A full driver’s licence (essential)
