We’re growing and looking for a passionate, experienced Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

About you: Experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role in a busy, quality venue

A genuine passion for hospitality, people, and great service

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to motivate and manage a team during busy services

Bar, floor & POS system experience essential

RSA required

The role: Lead and support FOH staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Manage daily operations including reservations, table flow, and staff allocation

Ensure smooth service during peak hours

Check and respond to emails promptly and professionally

Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care

Assist with training new staff and maintaining service standards

Work closely with management and kitchen team to ensure seamless operations
