Additional Requirements: Flexible and able to work shifts, which may include night work, weekends and public holidays, Able to travel and available to work at different Kiosks, if required  Skills & Competencies

Responsibilities: The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role include, but are not limited to: Offer a superior customer service to all customers, emphasizing on selling the products and ‘Customer Journey’ Selling and upselling products to existing and new customers, Reaching Sales targets, Ensuring the safe keeping of all company property at the Kiosks/ work station, including, but limited to: company computers/ laptops, phones, stock, money, equipment and related resources

Ensure that all point of sale (POS) procedures are followed in line with standard operating procedures

Facilitating the Kiosk stock control process, which may include replenish stock, doing stock takes, safe keeping of stock and ensuring that stock does not get damaged/lost/stolen, doing inter-branch transfers (IBT) and receiving stock deliveries, Handling cash and card sales, including processing of sales, banking, doing cash-ups and managing the float, Understanding and displaying knowledge of the brand, products, services, policies, procedures and company ethos, Admin and reporting, which includes but not limited to, sign-off of attendance registers, create and sign-off staff schedules, reporting on stock and sales related to targets, Training Kiosk Staff as guided by Head Office, Facilitating team meetings, Facilitating communication to staff and Area Managers, Drive, motivate and encourage Kiosk Staff to achieve targets, General housekeeping of the kiosk and ensuring that kiosk and/or work station, and personal appearance represents professionalism, the quality or products and care for customers
