NDIS Support Coordinator (Part Time)
The Inclusive Movement to Karratha and Pilbara Region
The Inclusive Movement is seeking a compassionate, organised, and neuroaffirming NDIS Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This part-time role supports participants to understand their NDIS plans, connect with the right services, build capacity, and navigate systems with confidence.
You’ll work closely with participants, families, providers, and community organisations to ensure supports are coordinated effectively and aligned with each person’s goals, safety, and wellbeing. This role includes a mix of home, school, community, and office-based work, with flexible hours available.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is passionate about inclusion, human rights, and neurodiversity-affirming practice
Builds strong relationships and communicates clearly
Can think critically, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities
Understands (or is willing to learn) the NDIS and regional service landscape
Values collaboration, authenticity, and lived-experience perspectives
Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, driver’s licence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
