About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Quality and Compliance Officer who thrives on precision, organisation, and making things run perfectly. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with our RTO Operations Manager to keep our RTO at the top of its game—ensuring we meet and exceed ASQA, State, and Federal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Support validation, self-assessment and continuous improvement activities
Maintain accurate records, policies, and systems aligned to regulatory frameworks
Assist with enrolments, completions, and participant enquiries, as needed
Review and enhance assessment tools, competency matrices and assessor resources
Provide guidance to assessors and support effective RTO operations.
Ensure that training and assessment materials and strategies are compliant with regulatory bodies before release to public
Provide counsel for the development of high-quality compliant training and assessment resources
Monitor the implementation of processes and standards to ensure compliance with ASQA Standards and State Government funding contracts
Monitor business functions to meet changes to RTO compliance and legislative requirements
Participate and manage all external ASQA or other regulatory audit activities
About You
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Minimum 3 years’ VET RTO compliance, administration, or quality assurance role
Strong IT skills and ability to get the most from systems
Working knowledge of aXcelerate, or similar student management systems
Demonstrated understanding of the 2015 and 2025 Standards for RTOs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
