Dr Stuart Jones Dental Clinic is a well-established and highly reputed dental clinic with many decades of serving our community. Known for our professional standards, patient trust, and friendly environment, we are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our experienced team.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during procedures.

Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.

Greet patients and manage front-desk operations.

Schedule appointments and manage phone calls.

Maintain patient records and handle basic billing/insurance tasks.

Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.

Requirements:

Dental assisting experience preferred (certification is a plus). However, training can be considered for the right candidate.

Experience with reception or administrative work.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and work well in a team.

Professional, friendly, and reliable.
