Auto Masters North Lakes is looking for an experienced Store Manager or 2IC to lead our workshop. We’re known for quality workmanship, great customer service, and a supportive team culture focused on long-term growth.

The Role

Oversee daily workshop operations

Build strong customer and supplier relationships

Lead and support staff to achieve KPIs and sales targets

Maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness standards

Ensuring compliance with Auto Masters Quality Assurance system

About You

2+ years experience in service advising or automotive management

A proven track record in sales and performance driven environments

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs

Customer-focused, hands-on leader

Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
