About the role

TOOTHSAVERS' is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our growing dental practice in Mount Annan, NSW. As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring the smooth running of all administrative and operational functions. This full-time role will play a vital part in supporting our dedicated team of dental professionals and enhancing the patient experience.

What you'll be doing

Manage all administrative functions of the practice, including patient records, billing and insurance claims processing

Oversee the recruitment, training and management of administrative and support staff

Implement and maintain policies, procedures and systems to improve practice efficiency and productivity

Liaise with dental professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure the highest standards of service

Manage Staff rostering,inventory, ordering and maintenance of all practice supplies and equipment

Monitor and report on key practice metrics to drive continuous improvement

Foster a positive and patient-centric work environment

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Practice Manager or in a senior administrative role within a dental practice

Senior administrative experience must be specifically within a dental practice setting

Strong understanding of dental practice management, including regulatory requirements, billing and insurance processes

Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Proficient in using dental practice management software and MS Office suite

Experience with any dental practice management software system is acceptable as training will be provided

Training will be provided on the dental practice management system

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Tertiary qualification in business, healthcare administration or a related field is preferred
