What You’ll Be Doing
As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face and steady hand that helps keep our clinics running smoothly. You’ll greet patients, manage appointments and phone enquiries, handle registrations and payments, and support our team of healthcare professionals.
This is a fast-paced but deeply rewarding role where your warmth, attention to detail and efficiency will make a genuine impact on patient experience.
Key duties include:
Managing front desk, patient check-ins and phone enquiries
Coordinating bookings and appointment schedules
Handling payments, billing and Medicare claims
Ensuring accurate records and protecting patient confidentiality
Supporting patient flow and team communication across the day

You’ll bring:
Experience in medical reception or a busy front desk role
A friendly, professional communication style to in person and on the phone
Confidence managing appointment systems, billing and patient data
Strong time management and attention to detail, even when its busy
A respectful, team-oriented approach to your work
Commitment to patient confidentiality and quality service
A National Police Check and Working with Childrens Check are required for successful applications.
