Region: Riyadh (Eastern Region)

The client is looking for a highly experienced professional will be responsible for managing their Real Estate sister company and overseeing end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise Required:

Overall management of real estate and construction-related operations

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

Marketing and Sales Strategy

Business Development

Finance and Budgeting

Property / Asset Management

Proven experience in the Construction field is mandatory

Ability to lead the business strategically and operationally at a senior management level
