Opening:

1. Real Estate General Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise Required:

Overall management of real estate and construction-related operations

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

Marketing and Sales Strategy

Business Development

Finance and Budgeting

Property / Asset Management

Proven experience in the Construction field is mandatory

Ability tlead the business strategically and operationally at a senior management level

Nationality Preference:

Primary preference: Turkish Nationality

Secondary option: Jordanian Nationality (only if a suitable Turkish candidate is not available)
