Low application volume: Opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Exploration Geologist to join a West Perthtobased team working on a project at pre-feasibility stage. This role provides technical leadership across exploration activities, from target generation through to advanced-stage resource definition, while ensuring programs are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Based in Perth with site travel, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to progress exploration outcomes and support project development.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and interpret RC and diamond drilling programs

Lead and contribute to regional and project-scale target generation using geological, geochemical, and geophysical data

Review, validate, and integrate historical and new exploration data

Provide geological input to mineral resource estimation and feasibility study support

Prepare clear, concise technical reports and presentations for management

Manage exploration contractors, consultants, and laboratories

Monitor program performance and adapt work plans based on results

About You

You are a technically strong and commercially aware exploration geologist who enjoys taking ownership of projects and driving them forward.

Skills and Experience

Tertiary qualifications

10+ years’ experience in mineral exploration

Proven experience advancing projects from early-stage exploration through to resource definition

Strong geological interpretation and drilling experience (RC and diamond)

Proficiency in exploration software such as Micromine, ArcGIS, and/or QGIS

Solid understanding of QA/QC and exploration data management

Previous exposure to mineral resource estimation or feasibility studies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Current Australian driver’s licence and ability to travel regularly to site
