Business Development and Operations

Region: Jubail

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Business Head to establish and lead a new business vertical within our company. The candidate will have complete responsibility for business development, team building, execution, marketing, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business strategy for the new division. Lead end-to-end business development and client acquisition. Recruit, train, and manage the complete team. Oversee project execution, operations, and delivery. Handle marketing strategy, branding, and market positioning. Prepare budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability. Report directly to top management with full PandL responsibility.

Requirements: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in a leadership role. Proven experience in starting or scaling a business/unit. Strong background in business development, operations, and team management. Experience in construction, engineering, industrial services, or related sectors preferred. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
