At Calvary Adelaide Hospital (CAH), our modern and purpose-built facility features:
23 procedure rooms over two levels, including 16 general operating theatres, 2 interventional cardiology labs, 1 hybrid theatre, and 4 procedure rooms
The largest private OT suite in South Australia, offering exposure to a diverse and advanced surgical caseload
Specialties across Orthopaedics, Cardiac (Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery), Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Urology, Plastics, and Ophthalmology
Our dedicated Theatre staff work across a 6-day rotating roster, with on-call requirements supported by comprehensive orientation and ongoing clinical training.
What you’ll bring:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Proven experience within a perioperative environment (Scrub/Scout, Recovery, or Anaesthetics)
A commitment to delivering high-quality, safe, and person-centred care
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to participate in on-call and rotating rosters
