About the role
This position provides dedicated, commercial and financial decision support aligned to strategic priorities, to win good business and improve operational value. As a trusted partner the role challenges assumptions, influences decisions and makes recommendations to drive sustainable growth and costs controls.
About you
You’ll bring energy, drive and exceptional technical skills, and be looking to play a key role in supporting leadership business decisions. With strong relationship development and influencing skills your key experience will include:
Relevant accounting and/or business degree and CA/CPA qualifications
Strong people engagement skills, ideally with leadership and demonstrated success in coaching others
Experience in a similar role, ideally in a similar sector and a proven history of delivering results in financial analysis, modelling, budgeting, forecasting and month-end processes
Strong experience in revenue recognition and reconciliation along with multi-level reporting delivery
Residential Aged Care and Home Care industry experience preferred but not essential
Comprehensive awareness of the Aged Care Reform preferred but not essential
Demonstrated resilience, innovations and developing efficiencies
Advanced MS office and Excel skills, and Power Query and Power BI skills would be beneficial
National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
