The Team & Role
Flinders ward is a 30 bed secure Geriatric Evalution and Management Ward (GEM), located in Mornington. Our dedicated and dynamic team specialise in the care of patients with multiple chronic and complex medical conditions including cognitive impairment and dementia. We have a fantastic opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our team in either a permanent role working 40 hours per fortnight and a fixed term role at 24 hours per fortnight until 16 August 2026.

Skills & Experience Required
Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
Completion of a graduate year or equivalent experience
Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers
Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience
