WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR DEFINITELY NOT A SUIT-AND-TIE OPERATION

We need someone who gets it. Someone who knows the difference between a radial and a bias-ply without Googling it. Someone who can look at a worn tyre and tell a story about how that driver's been treating their ride.

YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF:

You've got grease under your fingernails and you're proud of it

You can handle a tyre iron like it's an extension of your arm

You don't need a manual to figure out what's wrong with a wheel

You can talk to a truckie and a soccer mum with equal respect

You show up when you say you will (seriously, this shouldn't be revolutionary, but here we are)

You're not afraid of heavy lifting – we're talking truck tyres, not just passenger car rubber

BONUS POINTS IF:

You've got a forklift licence (but we can sort that out if you don't)

You know your way around wheel alignment

You can spot a dodgy tyre from across the workshop

You've worked with everything from lawn mower tyres to earthmover monsters

Fitting tyres on everything from hatchbacks to heavy haulers

Recommending the right rubber for the job, not just the most expensive

THE DETAILS

WHEN AND WHERE:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM start (when the real work gets done)

Saturday rostered 7am - 12noon (more money in your pocket)

Darra location & various customer sites – easy to get to, plenty of parking

Immediate start for the right person

WHAT YOU NEED:

Current Manual driver's licence (obviously)

Ability to lift heavy stuff (without whinging about it)

Common sense (surprisingly rare these days)

Work ethic that doesn't need supervision, you're an adult and we will treat you as such.
