North West Mining & Civil (NWMC) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major civil and construction projects across the Pilbara. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll take lead of multidiscipline, high-value projects, driving delivery, culture, quality, and performance on some of the region’s complex, high-value projects that shape local communities and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver civil and construction projects end-to-end, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Lead and mentor on-site teams, maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement, safety excellence, and strong commercial performance.

Support business development initiatives and identify future opportunities for NWMC.

Provide leadership, technical support, and mentoring to Supervisors and site teams.

The successful candidate will have.

Trade qualification or Engineering background.

Diploma or higher in Project Management (or significant practical experience).

Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar senior project delivery role within construction/civils.

Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.

Experience working in remote or regional project environments preferred.
