At Ballarat Allied Care, we’re a passionate team of health professionals dedicated to helping people achieve better health, wellbeing, and independence. We work with NDIS participants and other clients across the lifespan, offering evidence-based and client-centred care.

Our Psychology team supports clients with a wide range of mental health, emotional, and behavioural needs. We deliver individual, family, and group interventions, always with a focus on achieving meaningful and lasting change.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct psychological assessments and develop tailored care plans.

Provide evidence-based interventions (e.g. CBT, ACT, DBT, motivational interviewing).

Support clients in building coping strategies, resilience, and wellbeing.

Work collaboratively with allied health and community partners to provide integrated care.

Measure outcomes and adjust approaches to ensure the best results for clients.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications

AHPRA registration as a psychologist

Desired Experience

1+ years’ post-registration experience desired and early-career psychologists considered with strong placement experience

Skilled in assessment, intervention, and multidisciplinary collaboration

Experience with a diverse range of client presentations

Additional Requirements

National Police Check

Victorian Working with Children Check

Current Victorian Driver’s License
